Hurricane Henriette Update 1

Hurricane Henriette Update 1
Well, so far, so good. There is nothing unusual going on here at the moment. It has clouded over; but is not raining and there is very little wind, just a small breeze. It has cooled down to 30 C./89 F., so we have shut off the air conditioners and opened the windows and it feels nice.
This is the latest that I have read from AccuWeather.com.

AT 8 PM PDT...0300 UTC...THE GOVERNMENT OF MEXICO HAS REPLACED THE
HURRICANE WATCH AND TROPICAL STORM WARNING WITH A HURRICANE WARNING
ALONG THE COAST OF MAINLAND MEXICO FROM TOPOLOBAMPO NORTHWARD TO
BAHIA KINO. A HURRICANE WARNING MEANS THAT HURRICANE CONDITIONS ARE
EXPECTED WITHIN THE WARNING AREA WITHIN THE NEXT 24 HOURS.
PREPARATIONS TO PROTECT LIFE AND PROPERTY SHOULD BE RUSHED TO
COMPLETION.

We are the little white star.

So I guess that they are still expecting it to remain a hurricane. They expect it to move off of the Baja and over the Sea of Cortez in the next couple of hours.

So we will wait and see what happens tomorrow.

We have a boat in San Carlos and are worried about Henriette. Thanks for keeping us posted.
