I'm Back
I haven't actually been anywhere, except hanging out in bed and on the recliner. I have been fighting a nasty cold for over a week now and it seems to be leaving finally. I haven't really been out of the house hardly during this week, so therefore nothing much to blog about.
I got a little energetic the other day and made a pumpkin pie with whipped cream and a couple of dozen raisin tarts. Very tasty. Today I felt like baking so made some buns and a couple of loaves of bread. Nothing like the taste of fresh bread right out of the oven. Yum, Yum.

I am with Wayne. I am sitting at my computer, but headed to a long meeting. I could use some of that bread.
That looks (from here) to have a texture similar to "pan de leche". Whatever, I am positively drooling. Any chance of posting the recipe? Please. :)
