The Weather Here

Last night I added the weather thingy at the side. I have been comparing their temperatures with our thermometer for a few days and it is relatively close. Remember though, that they only update it every few hours. If you click on it, it will give you the forecast for our city. At the moment it is not as cloudy as they are saying and our thermometer says 33 degrees C.; but as I said they only update at certain hourly intervals. Hope this will help to give you an idea of what we are "putting up with" weather wise. It is certainly different from where we came from, the forecast for there today says, " current temp. 12 C., light rain showers, wind NNW 22 kms., high of 14 C. and low of 9 C., YUCK!!!! We will take this anyday over that.

So far this morning nothing going on; but it is only 8:40 AM, so who knows what the day will bring.

A Quiet Sunday

A quiet day today, no Luis and no other workers showed up to do anything. We went out to San Carlos for breakfast and then over to the Mirador Scenic Lookout and wandered around. Had a nice chat with some people that we met at breakfast and then again out at Mirador. They told us of a couple of places in the area that we haven't been to yet. We looked around at a couple of shops and then home to Guaymas for some groceries, took it easy for the rest of the day. Chatted with my oldest son on MSN for awhile, that was nice as we haven't talked since we left, he has been away working and on holidays. Went upstairs and sat on the patio and watched the neighborhood, Sundays are quiet here.
