This morning it was still cloudy and a bit cooler, so we had everything open wide.
All the plants look happy and are covered with raindrops.
Went uptown and now it is again hot and sunny; but the forecast is for rain showers until Friday. Hope so.
We started this blog to journal our six month stay in Guaymas, Sonora, Mexico over the winter of 2005/2006. All the original posts of our winter are still here. We enjoyed it so much in Guaymas that we decided we wanted to live there. We returned to Alberta, Canada just long enough to sell everything we owned and have now moved here. Stay tuned for all the adventures we will have in our new life in our adopted country.

Rain in the desert is always a blessing. Something we Pacific Northwesterners need to remember. (Remind me I said that next February.)
Beautiful photos of the flowers.
I have got to agree with Steve coming from the same neck of the woods. Rain is a pain here in the PNW so we don’t always appreciate what it does to keep everything so green and beautiful.
